The workshop is split into 7 working bays. Each machine is allocated to a bay and an engineer to work on that machine.

Before work starts on a machine, a meeting is held with the all the relevant managers to discuss each individual project and raise any extra parts or paintwork requirements.

Each customer order is dealt with as an individual, with routine checks carried out at each stage before completion. Otto are committed to supplying customers orders on time to a high standard.

All Quality Assurance checks must be carried out by the Workshop Supervisor.
